Being an intern brings a lot of responsibility, not only for the interns themselves but also for the company hosting them. This experience offers a unique opportunity for the company and its culture to make a lasting impact on the younger generation. Often, a summer internship serves as the first glimpse into a real-world career for many students.
At BankSouth, we are committed to fostering talent and nurturing the growth of young professionals. This summer, we had the privilege of welcoming five outstanding interns representing two schools- the University of Georgia and Georgia Southern University. These interns brought fresh perspectives, eager minds, and enthusiastic spirit to our organization, contributing significantly to various departments.
Join us as we step behind the scenes to meet our 2024 summer interns, explore some of their impactful projects, and discover the lessons they plan to carry forward in their academic and professional endeavors.
