Building Financial Confidence for Meta Pros

A Shared Commitment to Financial Wellness

Beginning in November 2025, Meta Pros at the Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America (HMGMA) have been taking part in Financial Wellness classes designed to strengthen their financial confidence and long-term success. These sessions are one part of a six-course learning program offered by HMGMA and running from November through February, all focused on supporting Meta Pros in building a solid foundation both at work and at home.

Part of a Larger HMGMA Learning Initiative

From our earliest conversations with HMGMA, it was clear that this partnership was about more than opening accounts or offering products. The goal was to be a true resource. To share knowledge. To equip Meta Pros with tools that help them grow personally and professionally. That vision set the tone for how our team approached this relationship and shaped the Financial Wellness curriculum we bring on-site each week.

The Hyundai Way values of People and Collaboration continue to guide our work in the classroom. These principles influence how we teach, how we listen, and how we support each participant. They help create a space where learning feels approachable, practical, and shared.

Our Team Leading the Learning

Each week, members of the BankSouth team meet Meta Pros where they are, leading sessions built on conversation and real-world guidance. The topics are simple but powerful: how to build a budget that works, how to start saving with confidence, and where to find helpful resources along the way. The goal is to make finance feel less complicated and more doable, one step at a time.

The classroom atmosphere reflects HMGMA’s commitment to collaboration. Participants ask questions. They trade ideas. They connect the dots between the lessons and their own lives. That interaction is where real progress happens.

Growing Participation and Impact

Feedback from Meta Pros has been enthusiastic, and attendance has stayed strong. Additional sessions are already in the works, driven by a shared belief that financial understanding can change lives. As the program continues into the new year, our team looks forward to expanding these efforts and being an ongoing part of the learning culture at HMGMA.
