E-Statement FAQs

  1. Log in to online banking from a desktop or mobile browser (not the mobile app).
  2. Select Statements and Notices from the top menu.
  3. Select NetTeller# and click on Continue.
  4. Click Sign Up/Changes at the top of the screen.
  5. Check the box that reads Enroll All Available Accounts and Document Types Shown.
  6. Scroll through the Disclosure & Consent then click on I Agree.
  7. Click Save Settings.

Yes, E-Statements are encrypted and delivered through secure channels to ensure the confidentiality of your financial information.

Yes. There are no charges for E-Statements.

Yes, you can access and view past statements for up to 7 years.

No, once enrolled in E-Statements, you will no longer receive paper statements in the mail.

    1. Log in to online banking from a desktop or mobile browser (not the mobile app).
    2. Select Statements and Notices from the top menu.
    3. Select NetTeller# and click on Continue.
    4. Click Email Settings at the top of the screen.
    5. Update the email address and clicks Save Settings.

Yes! Follow these instructions and they will be sent your paperless bank statement as well:

  1. Log in to online banking from a desktop or mobile browser (not the mobile app).
  2. Select Statements and Notices from the top menu.
  3. Select NetTeller# and click on Continue.
  4. Click Additional Recipients at the top of the screen.
  5. Select the Add Additional Recipients button.
  6. Enter in a username, email address, and Access PIN. This will be how each additional recipient will log in.

Please note: Please be aware that additional recipients will see your check images and security phrase. Username is the log-in name the additional recipient will use when signing in to view the statement and/or document. It may not contain spaces or special characters. The Access Pin is the recipient’s password and must be between 8 and 12 characters in length, containing both alpha and numeric characters. It is case sensitive and will expire every 6 months.

Once your E-Statement is available, you will be sent an e-mail notifying you that your statement is ready to be viewed. The email will contain a link to the E-Statements secure web site. Next, use your confidential User Name and Password to login and retrieve the statement.

After you login to E-Statements, find the statement you’d like to print, click on the word STATEMENT, to the right of the date of the statement you would like to View. Click the Printer icon. The E-Statement will look exactly like the paper copy you are used to seeing.
