BankSouth Services Available by Appointment, ATMs, Drive-Throughs and Online

As a community, we are in an unprecedented situation due to implications from the COVID-19 pandemic. At BankSouth, we recognize how important access to banking is while ensuring the welfare and safety of our customers and associates.

Therefore, effective Saturday, March 21st, our Relationship Managers and Business Development Officers are available to meet you outside of the bank branch at your convenience. BankSouth branches with drive-through and ATM access will be open and all branches will conduct in-branch meetings on a by-appointment basis until further notice.

What to expect:

  • Our bank lobbies will be closed during normal business hours. Where drive-through and walk-up windows are available, we will keep them fully staffed and routinely sanitized during branch business hours.
  • For those branches that do not offer drive-through or walk-up window capability, please call the branch in advance to make an appointment for service in our lobby.
  • If you need to arrange access to a safe deposit box or meet with a bank employee inside the branch, please call the branch office to schedule an appointment.
  • For business customers who need to make deposits and/or cash checks, please call the branch listed below to arrange a convenient time to visit by appointment.

BankSouth also offers Online Banking, Bill Pay and Transfer services from your home, office or mobile device. We encourage you to use these added benefits as well as to use your BankSouth Debit Card with our new Card Controls feature for added safety and convenience.

Be Vigilant. Be Prepared.

Like you, we’re watching the latest updates from authorities about the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). We’re doing all we can to ensure the health and safety of our employees and customers. 

In our branches and offices…

  • We are routinely and frequently cleaning and disinfecting surface areas at teller counters, check writing desks, night deposit drop boxes, ATM machines, call buttons and canisters at drive-through windows, and door handles throughout the day. Hand sanitizer is continuously made available, and proactive hygiene recommendations are routinely reinforced. We highly encourage customers and employees to use the CDC’s recommended preventive actions of frequent handwashing and the use of hand sanitizer, especially after handling cash.

Throughout our company, we’re proactively reviewing our Business Continuity plans…

  • To ensure we operate our branches and operations teams without service interruption, we are actively updating and preparing our readiness plans should more proactive and preventive measures need to be implemented.

BankSouth’s suite of Online Banking and Mobile Banking services are available to all customers. If you have enrolled, please update your personal details to ensure we can stay in touch.

  • Enroll in BankSouth Online Banking to review transactions, check balances, make payments, deposit checks, and more.
  • Download the Mobile Banking app for banking convenience from your phone

  • Pay bills remotely using Online Bill Pay
  • Convert to E-Statements
  • Access ATM Banking or Drive-Through Tellers where available
