Jeremy Myers

Jeremy Myers brings valuable education and many years of industry experience to the BankSouth team. He received his BBA in Entrepreneurship and MBA  from Georgia Southern. Jeremy also graduated from the GBA Georgia Banking School at the University of Georgia, and the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. His work experience includes Fortune 500 companies, accounting firms, large national banks, community banks, and everything in between.

As a native of Hartwell, Georgia, Jeremy grew up with a love for the Dawgs, cooking, automobiles, gaming, and spending time on the lake. Some extracurricular activities include serving as treasurer of the not-for-profit TOS Theatre Inc, and as treasurer of the City of Pembroke, Georgia’s Downtown Development Authority. He is consistently seeking how he may give back to his community and looks forward to further involvement in the Watkinsville-Athens area as a representative of BankSouth.

As the son of a small business owner, Jeremy sees himself as a strategic partner that understands the unique challenges local businesses face.
