Genny has lived all over the country, Colorado, Texas, Idaho, Wyoming, Mobile, AL and now North Carolina. Opening new branches and gaining business in a new city is always hard work. But since having lived in so many different places, Genny can use the experience she has learned from doing various types of loans in these different cities to her advantage. With all of that under her belt, she says her favorite part of the job is when she has a new borrower who is doubtful in their ability to obtain a home but fast forward a few months down the road and that same borrower is sitting at a closing table making one of the most important purchases of their life. When she’s not working, she’s at the lake or hiking with her daughter Josie, husband Matt and English mastiff Fiona, exploring this beautiful area she calls home.
