Craig Holloway

Simmons “Craig” Holloway enters the mortgage industry with a vast experience in technology sales. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia. Craig’s prior endeavors include starting his own business, Lake Oconee Outfitters, and creating outdoor team building for the Ritz Carlton, along with activities and special entertainment events. He became co-host of a national television show called Ultimate Outdoors with Wayne Pearson. Craig retired early to pursue his outdoor passion but has come back to the work force to help families find their dream homes.

Craig knows the importance of technology when it comes to buying a home and is excited to provide a simple and convenient loan experience with BankSouth Mortgage’s state-of-the-art ReadyLoanÒ app. He promises to work diligently with his team to get every loan closed. Craig knows that working with homebuyers is about cultivating a relationship of trust and guiding them through the process. Craig wants each of his clients to walk out of their closings saying, “I am so glad I know Craig…he’s a man of his word!”

Craig grew up in Metter, GA where he lived on a farm growing row crop. He now lives in Greensboro, GA with his wife. They have two grown children; the oldest works for Home Depot in project management and the youngest is a student at the University of Georgia. Craig is a member of Lakeside Baptist, where he’s part of their grill team for competition barbecue and charity events. He also enjoys sports and the outdoors. In his free time, you can find Craig hunting and fishing across the United States.
